A client asked me today besides me motivating and pushing her during workout sessions, what other ways could she use to motivate herself to lose weight? I shared what I thought was the best extrinsic motivator. What she could do was to buy a skimpy outfit, say a bikini and hang it in her wardrobe. I Am Motivated: I Can Do It!
It seems that one of the most important things to people aiming to improve their health and physique is to receive constant motivation. And for this very important reason, every little progress that my clients have made is magnified so that they know I appreciate their continuous effort to improve.
