I woke up this morning & saw this sms from my new client.   “Hi Lionel,  just wanted to let you know how much fun walking is today…woohoo!”   My first reaction was a wide smile on my face. Yes, I had forewarned this lady client that she would experience some form of soreness the next day. Since we had just trained her legs yesterday, I would have expected such a response. But I was really pleased coz she didn’t text me to send her a wheelchair or a pair of crutches. That would be too extreme! Hahaha…   Talk …
