Fitness Calendar 2012 – Simply Fitness With Lionel Lim
2011 is fast becoming a year of surprises and even I myself am pleasantly surprised by the way things have turned out beautifully.
Working behind the scenes for the past two months with nary any hint of what’s going to surface anytime soon is the birth of my newest baby in December.
Just released hot from the printer’s oven is my very own fitness calendar 2012. Termed “Simply Fitness with Lionel Lim”, I believe it is the first time in Singapore a fitness calendar has been launched.
In this calendar is a careful selection of 12 of the most effective exercises one can do anytime, anywhere with easy to follow, step-by-step instructions. Based on exercises I created from using the resistance tube, the notion of exercise is that it is indeed easy, fun and rewarding.
