As a qualified image consultant, Carmen specializes in colour analysis, makeup, deportment and skincare. Incredibly humble and down-to-earth despite her impressive resume, Carmen is currently the Sales and Beauty trainer for Sunrider Singapore and is engaged by Workforce Development Association of Singapore to conduct “The Step out for Change” Programme.
Her personal accolade must be the fact that Carmen was recognized by one of the local magazine publishers in Beijing as a make-up expert and subsequently invited to write for the magazine to offer her advice and tips on make-up skills. She was also the guest speaker on Image Management for Sinoland Language School in Beijing. This is on top of having trained corporations such as Singapore Air Force, City Chain and Beauty Spring; and schools such as NUS High, Anderson Secondary School, CHIJ, Greenview Secondary School and Rosyth School.
Her past experience in managing and training a chain of beauty salons, working in the hotel business and Singapore Airlines provides her with vast exposure to various trainings and contributes a sound knowledge in image consulting.
Together with Lionel, Carmen now trains schools, corporations and individuals.

In addition to wearing the dual hats of Image Consultant and Beauty Pageant Trainer, Irene is also an Executive member of the International Beauty and Image Consultants Association (IBICA) and is engaged by the Association to help conduct educational seminars, conferences, and training workshops in the beauty, image and wellness industries.
